These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Polobet ("Polobet", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Polobet website located at https://polobet.casa and all associated services, features, products, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise interacting with our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

To register for and maintain an account on the Polobet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

• You must be an individual natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, or other legal structures may not register as Players.

• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of Polobet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Polobet platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be under any legal disability that prevents you from entering into a binding agreement.

Each individual may holdone (1) account only on the Polobet platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice, and all associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

Upon registration, you must provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.
• A valid and active email address that you control.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number (for account security and verification purposes).
• A preferred payment method consistent with those supported on the Polobet platform, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or other accepted methods.

Polobet conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or limits are raised:

• A copy of your Malaysian MyKad or valid passport.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if requested.
• Evidence of your payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your registered e-wallet account).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. Polobet's KYC decisions are final and made in accordance with our internal compliance procedures.

All transactions on the Polobet platform are conducted exclusively inMalaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at rates determined by Polobet, and any associated conversion fees areborne by the Player.

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and processing timeframes vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Polobet reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods and associated limits without prior notice.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation. All deposited funds must originate from legitimate sources — Polobet does not knowingly accept deposits derived from unlawful activity.

Players may request the withdrawal of funds from their Polobet account at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

Polobet targets the following withdrawal processing timelines under normal operating conditions:

• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically 5–15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Wire: Typically 15–60 minutes.

These timelines are indicative only and may be extended during peak processing periods, during additional security review, or where manual verification is required. Polobet does not guarantee withdrawal completion within any specific timeframe and accepts no liability for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.

Polobet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source of funds declarations, enhanced identity verification, or transaction history evidence.

Polobet offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., x15 means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times).
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permissible stake per bet is typicallyRM 250–RM 500. Exceding this cap may result in the voiding of the bonus and any winings derived from the non-compliant bets.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward your wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games, and sports bets typically contribute at lower rates (commonly 10%–20%). Specific rates are published in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date, commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated, only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. The same applies to other promotion categories.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a promotion is designated "sticky", the bonus principal amount cannot be withdrawn — only winings that exceed the sticky bonus amount are withdrawable after meeting the wagering requirement.

Polobet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms, Polobet reserves the right to void bonuses, withold winnings, and close the relevant account(s).

All bets placed on the Polobet platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted only when sufficient funds are available in the Player's real-money balance (or applicable bonus balance).
• Once confirmed by the platform, a bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event, game, and market, and are displayed at the time of placing the bet. Polobet reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time without notice.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or clearly eroneous odds (including where human or systems error has resulted in odds being displayed that are materially outside normal market ranges), Polobet reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of the displayed or settled outcome.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, cancelled, or otherwise fails to complete in circumstances not covered by specific market rules, Polobet's decision regarding bet settlement is final.
• Polobet's sports betting markets include events from Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFCeSports, and other international competitions. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
• Live in-play betting markets may close or suspend at any time during an event at Polobet's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Polobet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using the platform if you are under21 years of age, or assisting or facilitating access by a person under 21.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or gain any unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or technical vulnerability on the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or the use of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion with other players or engaging in match-fixing, syndicate betting, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of betting markets.
• Charging back any deposit or initiating a payment dispute without first contacting Polobet's support team.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Polobet staff or other users.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point during your use of the platform.

All content on the Polobet platform, including but not limited to the Polobet name, logo, trade marks, software, databases, user interface designs, graphics, text, game assets, and promotional materials (collectively, "Polobet Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of Polobet or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, publish, adapt, distribute, sublicense, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Polobet Content without express prior written consent from Polobet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Polobet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Services.

Polobet's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct damages arising from or related to any single claim shall not exceed the value of funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Polobet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful code. You access and use the Services at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on the devices you use to access the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Polobet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time. Players may request account closure by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method.

Polobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player's account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal requirement.
• Inactivity of 12 consecutive months (dormant account), subject to applicable inactivity policy.

Where an account is terminated by Polobet due to a Player's breach of these Terms, Polobet reserves the right to retain the Player's balance pending the outcome of any investigation, and to forfeit the balance if the investigation confirms a material breach.

Polobet is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling across all of its Services. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — it should never be viewed as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. We encourage all Players to engage with our Services responsibly and within their means.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all verified account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that notify them when they have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which the account will be inaccessible for betting.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude may request a self-exclusion period of up to 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

Polobet processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, responsible gambling compliance, and the provision of customer support. Data is not sold to third parties and is handled in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

Polobet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify Players by email or by a notice displayed on the platform.

Your continued use of the Services following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease using the Services and contact our support team to close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Polobet shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to review updated Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between you and Polobet arising from or in connection with your use of the Services:

• You should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team, who will endeavour to reach a satisfactory resolution in a timely manner.
• Formal disputes must be submitted in writing to our support email within 60 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims submitted after this period may not be entertained.
• Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to seek resolution through an agreed alternative dispute resolution process prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek interim or emergency injunctive relief where necessary to protect their immediate interests.
